At Velvet Vanity, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or broken

• You received the wrong item

If your order meets the above criteria, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
